Love me some Lavender Fields!

Haley and I made our first trek of the year out to Lavendar Fields a few weeks ago…

Oh how I love that place.
I love that Haley loves it with me…
I dream of the day I can grow fields and fields of herbs and this place just feeds my love of herbs.
I love that they sell the herbs that you just can’t find…random things.
Like this time I picked up some Cutting Celery….I can’t wait to try it out!  I had never heard of it

Of course I picked up a few more fun things as well…

Love the greenhouse…I will indeed one day have a greenhouse all my own…
Until then…yep…we will enjoy their’s…

The smell…I love the smell of all those herbs!

And then there is the shop…also smells glorious….

I so need one of these compost buckets for the kitchen…

and then there is our favorite thing in the store…
Home made Lavender and honey ice cream

of course if you ask Haley she will tell you the cookies and cream…

and I got to go home with my lovely new herbs…
Totally worth a visit out there if you are in the Richmond area.
Super easy to get to and they have all kinds of great classes and events going this time of year!
